Keep Indian River Beautiful (KIRB), in partnership with Keep Brevard Beautiful and the Sebastian Natural Resource Board, is now offering the Litter Quitter program in Sebastian. This program uses partnerships with local businesses as a means of reducing common sources of litter, like single-use plastics, plastic bags, and polystyrene (Styrofoam).
