Sebastian Municipal Airport has over 150 acres of property available for lease, for both aviation and non-aviation businesses. Leasing property at the airport allows businesses to focus their financial resources on their facility rather than on the acquisition of land. The airport offers terms up to 30 years and attractive lease rates. In the later Summer of 2016, prepared space to construct business facilities will be available near the Eastside entrance to the Airport. All utilities will be available on these sites. Contact our Airport Manager for availability and lease rates.
